Meet Tara Marie Goodman

Tara Marie Goodman is a heart centered visionary master therapist and coach devoted to meeting people authentically where they are. Through options of massage, somatic breathwork, relational intimacy, sensuality work and other simple practices she can help you relax, get deeper into your body and senses, learn to ground yourself, find sovereignty, help reset your nervous system, get deeper into releasing stored trauma and hold you through any depth of emotion.

Her path began by opening a massage business at age 20, getting married & having a child by age 29 on top of the world, but with all the responsibilities, quickly fell into overwhelm and disconnection into addiction, illness, and all the traps of the dopamine game where she collapsed which forced her into deep surrender. Through that surrender, she discovered how emotional trauma lives in the body and how emotional attachments and dependencies shape everything. Our posture, patterns, choices and our entire physical reality. So our behaviors were only symptoms and responses of a much deeper truth and that everything we experience, feel and think can be shifted at anytime with proper tools and guidance. She’s also learned how to transform disregulating dopamine addictions into what she likes to call “Divine Dopamine”. With the proper reflections, regulation skills and coaching, we can all kick anything holding us back and rise into personal sovereignty and love together!

With deep compassion, she reminds each person that they are not broken or ever out of reach, we are highly sensitive radiant beings returning home to themselves where abundance and eternal love is our birthright!
