Description

This event invites you to come home to yourself through Tara’s guided somatic Breathwork Journey to clear your energy, release tension, and realign your inner world. Through conscious breathing, you’ll ground your energy, open your heart, and allow your nervous system to find its natural state of ease and balance.

Once the body and spirit are clear, join us for a vibrant, participatory drum circle around the fire where rhythm becomes a shared language of connection. Through DeeAnn’s guidance, we will create music together where no experience needed, just open hearts and hands.

Through drumming, listening, and spontaneous collaboration, we build trust, unity, and joy, dissolving barriers and strengthening community bonds. This is an interactive experience that nurtures mindfulness, creativity, and belonging.

One rhythm. One circle. One community.

After, we will gather around a potluck feast, share nourishment, and feel the beauty of community as we close the evening in gratitude and connection.

We will drum outside by the fire, weather permitting. Otherwise we will be indoors and cozy.

DeeAnn Macomson has spent the past 20 years holding space for creativity, connection, and healing. She brings people together through the joy of rhythm, curating drum circles in all kinds of settings—from transitional housing programs for women to wellness centers, corporations, and community festivals.

As an Azul Conscious Dance teacher, DeeAnn invites groups to explore growth and transformation through embodied movement. During her years in New York City, she led a movement series at a maximum-security women’s correctional facility—an experience that deepened her passion for sharing these practices with underserved communities.

At the heart of all her work is a simple intention: to help people reconnect with themselves and with one another through movement, music, and the creative spirit.
